Cookie Policy
Silvr AS · Last updated August 2026
This policy explains how Silvr AS (“Silvr”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on silvr.no, in line with the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) and the GDPR (via the Personal Data Act, since Norway is part of the EEA).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files (or similar technologies) that a website can store on your device to remember information about your visit. Some are required for a site to work; others are used to understand how a site is used, or for marketing.
What we currently use
We’ve reviewed exactly what silvr.no sets on a visitor’s device today, so this section reflects reality rather than a generic template.
Necessary cookies — none at present. Our site does not currently use a login, shopping cart, or any other feature that requires a strictly necessary cookie. If that changes, we’ll update this policy — this category can never be switched off, since it’s exempt from consent under the law.
Statistics — Framer Analytics (cookie-free). We use the built-in analytics from Framer, our website platform, to see aggregate numbers like page views and traffic sources. Framer Analytics does not use cookies and does not create any persistent identifier that could track you individually — IP addresses and device information are anonymized daily. Because it’s cookie-free and anonymous, it doesn’t legally require your consent, but we’re telling you about it anyway for full transparency. Read Framer’s own explanation at framer.com/help.
Marketing — none at present. We don’t currently run any advertising pixels (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) or marketing cookies. This category exists in our cookie banner so that if we add one in future, it will only load after you’ve actively said yes — never before.
Links to other sites
Buttons like “Reserve your seat” take you to Luma (luma.com) to register for an event. That’s a separate website with its own cookies and privacy practices, outside our control — check their policy if you’re curious. The same applies to “Get in touch,” which just opens your email client (mailto:) and doesn’t send any data to us via cookies.
Your choices
When you first visit silvr.no, you’ll see a cookie banner where you can:
- Accept all — turns on every category above (currently just confirms the cookie-free analytics; relevant once we add more).
- Reject all — keeps everything off except what’s strictly necessary (currently nothing).
- Customize — choose category by category.
You can change your mind at any time using the small cookie icon in the corner of the site, which reopens these settings — withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.
Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no. Since our current setup collects no personal data via cookies, there’s nothing to access or delete on that front today — this will be updated if that changes.
